Charlize Theron has teamed up with the grandson of Nelson Madela, Kweku Mandela, for a new project in partnership with GenEndIt called #100Conversations.
Theron posted a video on IG about how proud she was to be a part of the project that was “created to honor the legacy of Kweku’s grandfather Nelson Mandela.”
Kweku was also in the video as Theron went on to talk about Mandela’s belief in the “power of youth.”
GenEndIt is an organization that aims to encourage youth to stand up against HIV/AIDS and stop it from spreading.
Yas 💛, we will change the world! #Repost @charlizeafrica ・・・ Tonight I was honored to help @kwekumandela launch #100conversations – a program created to honor the legacy of his grandfather, Nelson Mandela. We, like Madiba, believe in the power of young people. Head to @genenditmovement or GenEndIt.org to find out how you can be the generation to end AIDS.
