Are Drones Replacing RunWay Models?

The future is now, and Dolce and Gabbana is proving that on the runway.  The Italian designers opted to send drones down the runway instead of models to showcase their handbags for the Fall/Winter 2018 fashion show in Milan, Italy.  The designers have made headlines before for their outspoken political opinions, but this time, they made a case for technology in the world of high fashion. Deputy Editor Tyler McCall tweeted, “Dolce & Gabbana replaced millennials on the runway with drones, proving no one is safe from being made obsolete by technology.”
