Nope, I don’t think I could do a cold shower EVERY DAY!!

A study done with 3,000 showering Dutch people says that if you end your showers with 30, 60 or 90 second blasts of cold water for a 30 day period, 29 percent took fewer sick days off from work!

30, 60 or 90 seconds!?  That’s a long time!  I think I could only stand about 10 seconds!

But did that cold blast actually make them feel better or ward off germs?  OR, did it just give them a boost of WHOOOA that could push them to keep moving and get to work?

Would you take cold showers to go to work more?!
