Two Dead After Shots Fired at Central Michigan University

Mt. Pleasant police are swarming on the campus of Central Michigan University after shots were fired, two people were killed and the suspect is still at large.

Reports say two people have been shot and killed.

The university is advising everyone to take shelter after shots were fired this morning at Campbell Hall.

The shots reportedly came from the fourth floor of the residence hall shortly after 9:00 a.m.

Police say the suspect is a black male and is considered armed and dangerous. Michigan State police are tracking the suspect with K-9’s.

It’s not known if he’s still on campus. Classes have been canceled for the day.
