The search is on for this year’s Gerber baby.  Parents have been submitting photos of their smiling infants for a week now and the deadline is this coming Thursday.  Children up to four years old are eligible to be chosen for the title of Spokesbaby and Chief Growing Officer.  The winner will be featured in Gerber’s ad campaigns and on it social media channels throughout the year and the honor comes with a 25-thousand dollar prize.  What’s Gerber looking for?  On its website the company says “An irresistible giggle is strongly preferred, as well as an undeniable lovable personality.”
