They really tried to keep this one quiet by sneaking Kim onto the set in an SUV with blacked-out windows. Her name never even appeared on a call sheet.
Season 2 of “And Just Like That” premieres on Max on June 22nd . . . the same day Cattrall’s Netflix series “Glamorous” debuts.
