Brazilian bossa nova singer Astrud Gilberto has died.

Gilbereto is best known for her version of the song “The Girl From Ipanema,” which sold five million copies.

Over the years, Gilberto worked with artists such as George Michael, Chet Baker, and Quincy Jones.

Astrud Gilberto was 83.
