Tyler Perry was just named a billionaire. If pictures don’t lie, Perry is doing some billionaire things.

According to TMZ, pictures of Perry’s new Atlanta estate include a runway. Check this place out!

While the property is under construction, it looks like there is a small structure for a hanger to accommodate a jet as well as enough concrete laid for a private runway.
