Madonna has everyone talking again after making a surprise appearance at last night’s MTV VMAs.  The Material Girl walked out wearing a trench coat which she opened up to reveal a black leotard.  Madonna’s surprise appearance – and her ensemble – at the award’s ceremony,  had Twitter in a frenzy last night.   The 63-year-old pop legend got a lot of support for her look, with one Twitter user commenting, “If you still got it…flaunt it!”
