Only in Florida….check out what this one motorist posted on social media:  “While driving on 826 east (in Miami) I saw what looked like a young adult sitting on the back of an 18 wheeler going about 40-50mph. The guy hanging on to the back of the truck had a mask on. A few minutes later state troopers began to pursue the truck in an attempt to stop him and get the person off.”   Would you sit on the back bumper of a tractor trailer while it was moving?
