A new fund benefiting those affected by the Maui wildfires is being created by Oprah Winfrey and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.  The two celebrities have launched the People’s Fund of Maui, which they say will give cash directly to those in impacted areas.  They’ve kicked off the campaign by donating $10-million.
