Sir Elton John is ready to just be done.

In a new interview, the music legend talked about his epic goodbye tour, after 52 years of playing live.

John was asked if he may eventually decide to do a small residency somewhere in the future and explained, “I haven’t even thought about that yet. All I want to do is stop. Take a deep breath. I said when I was announcing the tour, it’s the travelling I don’t want to do anymore, I don’t want to tour.”

John is reaching the final dates of the tour, with only three concerts left in North America over the next few days.
