The brother of former President George H.W. Bush dies in West Palm Beach

Tuesday, William H.T. “Bucky” Bush, the youngest brother of former president George H.W. Bush died in West Palm Beach Florida.

The 79-years-old was a co-founder and chairmen Clayton-based Bush O’Donnell Investment Adviros Inc. and a member of the board of directors at Martiz Inc., and was the former chairman of the board at Saint Louis University, the Missouri Botanical Garden, and the Muny.

Bucky Bush was an active Republican and chaired his nephew George W. Bush’s re-election campaign campaign in Missouri even said jokingly that he “babysat the 43rd President of the United States.

On Wednesday, former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush confirmed to the Associated Press Thursday, that his uncle passed away.

The cause of death was not mentioned at this time.
