Utility worker, Albert Jones, has a really good singing voice. He was installing a gas line near a senior living center in Winter Garden and it was a woman’s 94th birthday.  So he decided to sing to her!  The woman’s daughter says they were blown away by Albert’s voice, and by how kind he was.
