Today is National Find a Rainbow Day.  But since that’s not really an “essential” reason to go out, here’s a throwback.  This year marks the 10th anniversary of the “Double Rainbow” guy.  In January of 2010, Paul “Bear” Vasquez saw a “double rainbow” in Yosemite, California and got very emotional about it.
