The National Chicken Council (yes, there’s  such  an organization!) says Americans will eat a record 1.42 billion chicken wings during the Super Bowl, which is up 2% from last year.   The survey also found wings are the most popular Super Bowl food in 49 out of 50 states.  Who’s the holdout?  Maine, where the most popular Super Bowl food is lobster.
